Friends of Aitchison College Lahore, Inc. (FAC)

FAC is looking to raise immediate funds to establish scholarships for deserving underprivileged students from remote areas of Pakistan

Current expenses for Aitchison students are as follows:

• Annual tuition for a day boy (~Rs. 600,000 / ~$2,300)
• Annual tuition & lodging for a boarder (~Rs. 1,300,000 / $4,800)
• Our current target is to raise funds which can accommodate about 40 boarders for 1 year on a perpetual basis
• However, there are two issues with this approach:
  
  • Not preserving any capital for future use
  • Will need to seek similar contributions on an annual basis to keep this running
• Endowment Targets
  
  • By Year 1‐2: US$1 million
  • Medium term: US$15‐20 million
