Friends of Aitchison College Lahore, Inc. (FAC)

FAC fundraising will target deployment of funds seeking excellence in socially responsible projects as well as upgradation of academic, sports and extra‐curricular standard, aiming to upgrade Aitchison to an international level

FAC is looking to raise funds for several initiatives that will be pursued at Aitchison College

1. National Outreach
   
   • Expand Aitchison College’s footprint to all segments of society across Pakistan
   • Provide an opportunity to underprivileged sections of the community to also benefit from Aitchison
   • This involves setting up bursaries for new boarders for their entire stay at Aitchison from K1 ‐ HSC2
   • This will also involve setting up new boarding facilities to house these new students
     
     
2. Academic Excellence
   •  Student and Faculty Exchange Programs with leading high schools in the U.S., U.K. and Australia
   • Bring in top‐of‐the line subject matter experts from leading facilities to Aitchison for short and extended timeframes
     
     
3. Need‐Based Scholarships
   • Given the economic situation in Pakistan, with rising inflation, it has become difficult for existing parents to meet the financial burden of Aitchison College, and therefore a need‐based scholarship system should be put in place for current and future times so that students have a right to their continued education at Aitchison College
     
     
4. Sporting Programs
   • Sporting Programs to train students at the national and international level
   • Allow students to participate in international training camps
   • Access international coaches for short and extended times for student training
   • Provide scholarships to promising junior professional athletes to be admitted to Aitchison
     
     
5. New Projects
   • Aitchison will have a continued need to build and upgrade its infrastructure
